How it started:
Five years ago, I hit a crossroads. I had built a life of resilience, success, and independence—but something was missing. Beneath it all, my nervous system was stuck in survival mode, replaying patterns from childhood trauma. Instead of running from it, I chose to dive deep into my healing.
Inspired by Wisdom:
I immersed myself in trauma therapy, nervous system work, and personal development, working with a certified somatic practitioner who helped me understand that trauma doesn’t live in the mind—it lives in the body. I read nearly 100 books on trauma, attachment, ADHD, and relationships, uncovering the layers of conditioning that had shaped my life.
The Exploration of Self and Shadow Work:
Healing wasn’t just about knowledge—it was about embodiment. I learned to release stored trauma, identify my true desires, and embrace self-worth in a way I never had before. This journey wasn’t about becoming someone new—it was about reclaiming who I always was.
Guided by an unexpected Mentor:
Stepping into power dynamics and somatic practice changed everything. I trained under Mistress Malissia at the Mistress Mindset Dominatrix Academy, where I learned that power isn’t about control—it’s about alignment, presence, and energy exchange. My studies deepened with BDSM Somatic Practice training under Rina Trevi, further integrating trauma healing with body-based transformation.
